Professional Services

Custom Club-Fitting
By appointment, a 30-minute fitting session with a certified PGA of Canada golf professional will help ensure the proper fit and playability of golf equipment.  Fitting appointments are available for Drivers, Fairway Woods/Hybrids, Irons, and Wedges and include measurements for length, lie angle, shaft flex, shaft weight, loft, launch angle, grip size, bounce and gap analysis for an optimal set make-up.  Properly fit golf equipment is one of the most important factors in improving golf technique, lowering scores and overall playing enjoyment.  A fitting fee of $45 per 30 minute session applies.

Golf Club Repairs
We offer “in-house” re-gripping services and minor club repairs with a 48-hour turnaround time. Club repair services and golf grip selection can be viewed in the golf shop.

Price Match Guarantee
We want our customers to shop with the full confidence that they will receive the best service and the best prices possible.  Our regular prices are equal to or lower than Golf Town prices.  If you find a lower price on an identical, “in-stock” item, we will happily match that price.

Equipment Trade-in Policy
We accept selected trade-ins of resalable golf clubs and will issue a shop credit at the best trade-in value available through our online partners.  All trade-in credits must be applied towards the purchase of shop inventory (sorry, no exceptions).

Special Order Service
Fraserview Golf Shop has access to a wide variety of brands, models and styles of golf products and we are happy to special order items through our vendors and via web site catalogues.  Please bring us your requests and we will be happy to quote a competitive price for you.  Items that are special ordered may require additional shipping fees, depending on size, weight, urgency of delivery and manufacturers policies.  We require pre-payment for the item(s) selected in order to process special orders.

Return Policy
We will happily accept returns, provided they are accompanied by the original sales receipt, packaged in the original packaging, returned within 30 days of purchase and the item(s) is in resalable condition.  Items that are opened, damaged, worn and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return or refund.

Warranty Returns
Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted. A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers sole discretion.
